Results of the Recent Survey
of Residents Ranking the Importance
of Certain Town Issues

WeLoveMillburn recently asked residents to rank six items in order of importance. The concept was designed to gather information to tell our township leaders the priorities of town issues.

Although the response rate was low and by no means does the survey proport to be a statisical representation of the town overall, the results do provide some very clear indications of how the respondents prioritize issues.

We appreciate the contributions of those who participated. WeLoveMillburn expects to periodically pose other questions to the community and hopes that we will see even broader participation.

Here are the results based on 112 responses. The priorty for each item reflects the rank for which it received the most votes. For example, property taxes received the most first place votes, schools received the most second place votes and so on.

Based on the clear priority established for property taxes (62% first place votes), WeLoveMillburn will be preparing a number of reports on our town's property tax situation and will make them available on our website in coming months.

Below is how all the votes were cast.

We again thank those who participated.
